News BEECH TREE PLACE – PLANNING APPLICATION FOR REDEVELOPMENT SUBMITTED The planning application for the Beech Tree estate redevelopment next to St Nicholas’ Church along St Nicholas Way (DM2021/02331) was submitted on 19 Nov 2021. It is described as the “cemolition of existing buildings and structures, erection of a 4 storey, two 6 storey and a part 6 part 8 storey buildings comprising 92 residential units, new pedestrian and vehicular access, amenity space, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, landscaping and public realm improvements.” Further details can be obtained and comments can be submitted here.
