The planning application for the Beech Tree estate redevelopment next to St Nicholas’ Church along St Nicholas Way (DM2021/02331) was submitted on 19 Nov 2021. It is described as the “cemolition of existing buildings and structures, erection of a 4 storey, two 6 storey and a part 6 part 8 storey buildings comprising 92 residential units, new pedestrian and vehicular access, amenity space, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, landscaping and public realm improvements.”
